Description

A delicious and easy casserole inspired by walking tacos.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef.
  3. Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa. Stir well.
  4. Layer half of the tortilla chips in a baking dish.
  5. Spread half of the beef mixture over the chips.
  6. Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, beef mixture, and cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from oven and top with sour cream and green onions.
