Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
