Description
A hearty turkey chili white bean soup that warms you up.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add diced tomatoes, white beans, and chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Add more spices for extra heat.
- Top with cilantro or sour cream if desired.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
