- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, and chilies; sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces and brown on all sides.
- Pour in soy sauce and rice wine; stir well.
- Add sugar and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add basil leaves and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.
