Description

A flavorful and spicy seafood soup with Cajun spices.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb mussels, cleaned
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in Cajun seasoning and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add seafood stock and diced tomatoes. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add shrimp, mussels, and crab meat. Cook until seafood is cooked through.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust spice levels by adding more or less Cajun seasoning.
  • Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
  • This soup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
