Description

These snowball cookies, also known as Mexican wedding cookies, are buttery, nutty treats rolled in powdered sugar.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar together.

  5. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  6. Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
