Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and beat well.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients.
  6. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon for coating.
  7. Form dough into balls and roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  8. Place the balls on a baking sheet, spaced apart.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  10. Let cool on a wire rack.
