Ingredients

  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar.
  2. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to the flour mixture.
  3. Stir in olive oil and knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  5. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  6. Roll out the dough into a flat shape.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and add toppings.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
