Description
A spicy and sweet sauce made from fresh mangoes and habanero peppers.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 2 habanero peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the mangoes, habanero peppers, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and lime juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or heat as desired.
- Pour the sauce into a clean jar.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
Notes
- Use gloves when handling habaneros.
- This sauce pairs well with grilled chicken and fish.
