Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add salmon fillets and cook until flaky.
  4. Remove salmon and flake into pieces.
  5. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add lemon juice and zest, then return salmon to the skillet.
  7. Toss in cooked spaghetti and parsley.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve warm.
