Description

Lemon Couscous is a refreshing side dish made with fluffy couscous, vibrant lemon juice, and fresh herbs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. Add couscous and olive oil to the boiling water.
  3. Cover and remove from heat. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Fluff couscous with a fork.
  5. Add lemon juice, zest, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Serve warm or reheat as needed.
