Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cabbage, chopped
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, sesame oil, and garlic.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade. Mix well and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add marinated chicken to the pan. Stir-fry for 10 minutes.
  5. Add cabbage, carrot, and green onions. Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot with rice.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
  • Serve with lettuce for wrapping.
  • Can add other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms.
