- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cabbage, chopped
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, sesame oil, and garlic.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade. Mix well and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add marinated chicken to the pan. Stir-fry for 10 minutes.
- Add cabbage, carrot, and green onions. Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot with rice.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- Serve with lettuce for wrapping.
- Can add other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms.
