Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Marinate steak in soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Steam broccoli and sauté bell pepper until tender.
- Assemble bowls with rice, sliced steak, vegetables, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
