Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Drizzle hot honey over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to combine.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions.
