Description

A rich and indulgent hot fudge brownie bread that combines the best of brownies and bread.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fold in hot fudge sauce and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.

Notes

  • Serve warm with extra hot fudge if desired.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
