- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced steak and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add bell peppers and onions to the skillet, cooking until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Layer cooked brown rice in bowls.
- Top rice with the steak and vegetable mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top.
- Let the cheese melt for a minute before serving.
