A delicious and healthy twist on traditional burgers using Greek flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, red onion, garlic, olive oil, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined. Form into 4 patties.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Toast burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble burgers with spinach, cucumber, and tzatziki sauce.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for chicken.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with a side of Greek salad.
