Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup melted garlic butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, salt, and flour. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
  6. Shape each piece into a ball and place in a greased baking pan.
  7. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Melt garlic butter and brush over the rolls before baking.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
