Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup melted garlic butter for brushing
Instructions
- Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, salt, and flour. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
- Shape each piece into a ball and place in a greased baking pan.
- Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt garlic butter and brush over the rolls before baking.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush with more garlic butter before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
