Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine sugar, oil, egg, and pickle juice.
  4. Stir in chopped pickles.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool before slicing.
