- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Set up a dredging station: one bowl with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken piece in flour, then eggs, and finally panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy, about 5-6 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha.
- Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less Sriracha.
- Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
