Description

Crispy Bang Bang Chicken is a flavorful dish featuring chicken coated in a crispy batter and tossed in a spicy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up a dredging station: one bowl with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each chicken piece in flour, then eggs, and finally panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy, about 5-6 minutes.
  6. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha.
  7. Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until well coated.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less Sriracha.
  • Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
