Description

Delicious chicken patties served with fresh cabbage slaw.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup finely shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and green onions.
  6. Add shredded cabbage to the dressing and mix well.
  7. Serve the chicken patties with the cabbage slaw on the side.

Notes

  • Adjust spices to your taste.
  • For extra crunch, add carrots to the slaw.
