- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix white beans with buffalo sauce.
- Fill each taco shell with the buffalo bean mixture.
- Place tacos on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese, and avocado.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to taste.
- Use gluten-free taco shells for a gluten-free option.
