Description

A hearty beef ramen dish made in a slow cooker for deep flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef chuck roast
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 packs of ramen noodles
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Place beef roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Add beef broth, water, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
  4. Remove beef, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and ramen noodles.
  6. Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
