Ingredients

  • 200g beef sirloin, sliced
  • 150g ramen noodles
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 boiled egg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in ginger and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add beef broth, soy sauce, and miso paste. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  6. Once noodles are done, drain and add to the soup.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, topped with green onions and a boiled egg if desired.
