Ingredients

- 200g beef sirloin, sliced
- 150g ramen noodles
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 boiled egg (optional)
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in ginger and cook for 1 minute.
- Add beef broth, soy sauce, and miso paste. Bring to a simmer.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Once noodles are done, drain and add to the soup.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with green onions and a boiled egg if desired.
