Description

Air Fryer Tandoori Fish Fillets are a flavorful and healthy dish that combines traditional Indian spices with the convenience of air frying.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fish fillets (such as tilapia or salmon)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, and paprika.
  2. Add fish fillets to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Brush the air fryer basket with oil.
  5. Place the marinated fish fillets in the basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is cooked and flaky.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges and your choice of sides.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less tandoori masala.
  • Use firm fish to prevent breaking during cooking.
  • Feel free to add vegetables to the air fryer for a complete meal.
