- 4 fish fillets (such as tilapia or salmon)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, and paprika.
- Add fish fillets to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the air fryer basket with oil.
- Place the marinated fish fillets in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is cooked and flaky.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and your choice of sides.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less tandoori masala.
- Use firm fish to prevent breaking during cooking.
