A quick and easy recipe for Air Fryer Paneer Tikka, perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.

- 250 grams paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon tikka masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tikka masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, oil, and salt.
- Add paneer, bell peppers, and onions to the marinade. Mix well.
- Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the marinated paneer and vegetables in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and serve hot with mint chutney.

- Marinate overnight for better flavor.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
