Description

Delicious crab cakes made in an air fryer served with a creamy aioli.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh crab meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup aioli for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, and bell pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  4. Place crab cakes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
