Description
Crispy chicken spring rolls made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 10 spring roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface. Add 2 tablespoons of the filling and roll it tightly.
- Seal the edges with water.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Spray the spring rolls with cooking spray.
- Place the spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the filling according to your taste.
- Keep the spring rolls covered until ready to cook to prevent drying out.
