Description

Crispy chicken spring rolls made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 10 spring roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Place a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface. Add 2 tablespoons of the filling and roll it tightly.
  4. Seal the edges with water.
  5. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. Spray the spring rolls with cooking spray.
  7. Place the spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
