- 1 lb flank steak
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup corn
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a bowl, layer the cooked brown rice, sliced steak, red bell pepper, corn, and avocado.
