Description

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the beef roast with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
