Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and diced tomatoes; bring to a boil.
- Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in spinach and Italian seasoning; cook until spinach is wilted.
