Description

A hearty sausage egg breakfast casserole packed with protein.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 4 cups diced bread
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Add the cooked sausage, bread, and cheese to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
