A simple recipe for making rustic no-knead rosemary garlic bread.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water, rosemary, and garlic; stir until combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit for 12-18 hours at room temperature.
- After resting, turn the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a ball.
- Place the dough in a floured bowl and cover it for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat up.
- Carefully transfer the dough to the hot Dutch oven.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use fresh rosemary for best flavor.
- Let the bread cool before slicing.
- This bread tastes great with olive oil or butter.
