Ingredients

- 1 cup pea protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix pea protein powder and baking powder.
- Add almond milk, mashed banana, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
- Stir until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour batter onto the pan, forming pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Can be frozen for later use.
- Adjust thickness by adding more milk if needed.
