Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pea protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pea protein powder and baking powder.
  2. Add almond milk, mashed banana, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  3. Stir until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour batter onto the pan, forming pancakes.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
