Description

Ingredients

  • Edamame pasta – 200g
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • Cherry tomatoes – 200g, halved
  • Spinach – 100g
  • Parmesan cheese – 50g, grated
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook edamame pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
  5. Add spinach and stir until wilted.
  6. Combine pasta with the vegetable mixture.
  7. Add grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  8. Serve hot.
