Delicious peppermint Oreo bars with a creamy filling.

- 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add peppermint extract and whipped topping; mix until combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.
- Melt chocolate chips and pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
