Description

Delicious peppermint Oreo bars with a creamy filling.


Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Add peppermint extract and whipped topping; mix until combined.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.
  7. Melt chocolate chips and pour over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
  9. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
