- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Add melted chocolate and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and stir until combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop the mixture and roll into balls.
- Roll each truffle in cocoa powder to coat.
- Place truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
