Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup jalapeños, diced
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them tightly.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish seam-side down.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the top of the tortillas.
- Sprinkle with green onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust jalapeño quantity to control spice level.
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
