Description

A delicious blend of cheesy chicken and jalapeños wrapped in tortillas and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup jalapeños, diced
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them tightly.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish seam-side down.
  5. Pour enchilada sauce over the top of the tortillas.
  6. Sprinkle with green onions.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through.
  8. Serve warm.
