- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 cups chopped spinach
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form small meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
- Add carrots and celery; cook for 5 minutes.
- Add spinach and meatballs; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
