Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the honey mustard mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
