Description

A delicious and healthy honey garlic shrimp bowl.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Pour honey garlic mixture over shrimp.
  5. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. In another pan, steam broccoli and carrots until tender.
  7. Serve shrimp over rice and top with vegetables and green onions.
