Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour and powdered sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and baking powder.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the baked crust.
- Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set.
- Let it cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
