- 1 pound turkey sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 4 cups cubed bread
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey sausage over medium heat until browned.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add cubed bread, cooked sausage, and cheese to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
