Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak soy curls in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot; cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add soaked soy curls and soy sauce; stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot.
