Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
