Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons shawarma spice blend
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with shawarma spices and olive oil for 30 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Prepare quinoa according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, layer quinoa, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and parsley.
- Drizzle with tahini sauce before serving.
