Description

A simple and delicious Hawaiian chicken sheet pan meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them in the sauce.
  4. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  5. Place chicken on the pan and arrange pineapple and vegetables around it.
  6. Drizzle remaining sauce over the vegetables.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.

  • Use fresh vegetables for better flavor.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
