A simple and delicious Hawaiian chicken sheet pan meal.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them in the sauce.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place chicken on the pan and arrange pineapple and vegetables around it.
- Drizzle remaining sauce over the vegetables.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Use fresh vegetables for better flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
