A simple recipe for preparing ground turkey taco meat in bulk for easy meals.
Ingredients

- 3 pounds ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken broth and diced tomatoes, stirring to combine.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in black beans and cook for another 5 minutes.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- This meat can be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Serve with your favorite taco toppings.
