Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- 4 slices of lettuce
- 4 slices of tomato
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into four equal patties.
- Grill the patties for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with lettuce and tomato on the buns.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Ensure the turkey is fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- You can add your favorite condiments.
