Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat burger buns
  • 4 slices of lettuce
  • 4 slices of tomato

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into four equal patties.
  4. Grill the patties for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Assemble the burgers with lettuce and tomato on the buns.
  7. Serve immediately.
