Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Punch down the dough and spread it on a greased baking sheet.
- Mix garlic, parmesan, and rosemary. Sprinkle the mixture over the dough.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing.
